Fontis Residence is a premium hospitality and accommodation brand in Kampala. Operating in a category where guests make booking decisions based heavily on what they see digitally before they ever visit the quality of the online presentation is directly linked to revenue.

Fontis Residence had a genuine quality product. But the digital assets the website, the photography, the content were not communicating that quality at the level the brand deserved. The gap between the in-person experience and the digital experience was costing potential bookings.

The work focused on two areas:
- Website - rebuilding the digital front door to communicate Fontis' premium positioning clearly: the accommodation quality, the amenities, the experience, and the booking pathway all in a presentation that matched the property's standard
- Content creation - photography and visual content that captured the actual quality of Fontis Residence: the rooms, the environment, the details that premium guests look for when they are deciding where to stay
